Kerala Groceries UK is operated by Indivora Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17459277. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Indivora Ltd trading as Kerala Groceries UK.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact admin@indivorafoods.com.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Product availability is subject to stock and we may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock shortages, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order or part of an order, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate refund for items not supplied.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where stated. Prices, promotions and availability may change. If a material pricing error occurs, we may contact you with the correct price and offer the option to continue or cancel.

Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. Card payments are processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Where KG Wallet credits are available, they may be used subject to the wallet rules shown in your account or promotion. Wallet credits are for use on the platform and are not cash unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, access issues and events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address and for making reasonable arrangements to receive the order. See our Delivery Policy for more information.

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting admin@indivorafoods.com or +44 7348 830167. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, but statutory rights and our returns policy continue to apply.

If an item is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details. Perishable and opened food items can have different return restrictions because of their nature.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the current process and timelines.

You must not misuse the website, provide fraudulent information, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorised access, abuse promotions or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts or orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the platform.

Website content, branding, software, product presentation and original materials on Kerala Groceries UK are owned by or licensed to Indivora Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, Indivora Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have rights to bring proceedings in other UK jurisdictions where applicable.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations. The current version and last-updated date will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already accepted except where permitted by law.
